What do you do to avoid theft of the machines? Looks like it could be easy for someone to pick it up and walk out with it? Do you have an agreement with the venue that they must also provide some level of security?

Bulk vending is working for me. @.25 you can no longer survive using the 80/20 rule. Will run out of candy money. Must be70/30. Vending @.50 80/20 is doable

Went out today to a large bowling alley thought it was a good spot my first no he seemed like he didn’t want to talk at all said he already had one asked him if he needed another. Wasn’t interested. Hope I can secure one tomorrow. Love the channel this video really helped!

I don't have any machines and I would like to start but I don't have enough money but I started saving so yeah

Got 40 machines on location. Got lucky and found a guy retiring and trying to downsize. Taking the money I’ve collected from them and buying some new ones to try to expand

I use 3 clean terrycloth towels and a bleach water bottle each time I walk in. Lay one cloth on the floor, place the canisters on top, lay a second cloth over the canisters, then use the 3rd cloth to wipe down the machine when I put it back together. All the while everyone is watching me. I clean the floor and walls surrounding my machine and even take out any trash located near my machine. The customers see that everything is sanitized and the store owners sees me cleaning the area before I go.

As a kid I used to always look for the mini ninjas, I always loved those.
