Wait, Imposter Syndrome is meant to point out the suffering person as an imposter? I always thought it‘s called like that because the sufferer is of the illusion that they may be an imposter, although they are not. I thought it was a way to describe the phenomenon when skilled people think of themselves wrongfully as inadequate.

@snakelemon You are correct. Looks like we both have the same understanding of the concept! What Jossie is emphasizing though, is that corporations/society also have the responsibility of addressing this illusion. It's not just on the individual to persevere through.
