I had it over a year, loved it so much, but later on started to make an awful sound like a computer crashing whenever I wanted to check the battery level, and then it restarted. Is it a fault? Ultimate Ears had a terrible customer care support, so I stopped using it. Any thoughts? This thing is pure garbage, amazing sound quality, but poor functionality

These ue products are only good for a year. I had a megaboom and would absolutely blare it with bass everyday, exactly a year from the date I bought it, the bass on it blew out (mostly) and it started glitching.

How did it start glitching? Does your speaker make any computer crashing sound and restarts whenever you’re listening to music or when you wanna check the battery level? Mine did, and it was absolutely disgusting, so I stopped using it. Plus, Did UE support give you a replacement, or took responsibility for your issue? I’m afraid they don’t care about their custommers

@@josemanuellastra2488 ya it made a buzzing noise and then turned off. I took it home from work and charged it completely, it works fine now but the bass is ratchet now. Not to my liking, I need a new one. It becomes out of warranty after a year but i'm not too worried, i got my playtime out of it, amazing speaker

dude mine is 7 years old and still working like new. I dropped it several times on the floor yet it survived. and forget about water. we play catches in it. An awesome product it is for me. till date i love it so much. My wonderboom❤

@@kevinhope1465Has de tener suerte o algo amigo, pues la mía si salió mala, funcionó bien durante un año, pero de repente comenzó a hacer un sonido raro como de computadora trabada y se reiniciaba cada vez que quería checar el nivel de batería. En Ultimate Ears dan un pésimo soporte técnico, y de nada sirbe tener una bocina con un buen sonido si su funcionalidad es una porquería. Que asco de producto
