I still manage to get micro bubbles. I use oracle 651 should I use a thicker vinyl?

Make sure it’s masked properly, run it through a roller 2-3 times. If you don’t have a roller use water method. If you want done like this just use a hard card and do long hard strokes sometime overlapping each stroke. Then use a soft squeeze and cross hatch the entire canvas

However depending on the micro bubbles you might be getting contaminates. Make sure you clean the acrylic/surface with isopropyl alcohol

Do not use any type of Alcohol on acrylic, you'll destroy the peice.
