Bruh Minato is faster than Shisui number one, the body flicker technique is just not as fast as the flying raijin. Number two Minato was able to handle both Obito (who is stronger than Itachi btw) and the kyubi all by himself. The point is that the trump card Itachi would have would be the susanoo but if this fight was accurate then Itachi would’ve been marked before he could even use the susanoo allowing Minato to bypass his defenses easily without having to use the kyubi but if somehow he avoids being marked by Minato then the kcm sage mode would easily be able to get passed the defense of an imperfect susanoo. The flying raijin is space time travel so the sharingan won’t be able to keep up with it. Tobirama specifically designed it for that purpose and Minato has perfected it and made it faster so there is no chance Itachi would be able to keep track of his movements
