Your assistant need to grab the kite by the ear (extreme side). Not by the middle. Ear is how we say it in France

Ten years later and this video still gets me. Loved the music, the soundscape, and the energy of that era. Glad to see some of these riders are still at it. The end of Liquid was the end of an era.

Why any Kite or Wing uses these is beyond me, they are total rubbish, the Boston valve is 10 million million times better

I recently bought 2nd hand a LF Solo kite with the same system. One tip I think will help your customers, is when packing the kite and pushing out the air through the max-flow nozzle, is to use the neoprene hood to protect the maxflow from sand and debris that might blow into the maxflow as you're packing the kite. Cheers

Thanks for going bankrupt, no more support for my liquid force 12 envy. Makes me worried about any other companies going the same way.

Hi! I have the possibility to buy an echo 2015, but it's hard for me to find info on it , I'd like to ask you if it would be a good idea for a beginner intermediate rider as myself, mainly focusing on big jumps and classic tricks AND riding with straps only , no boots. would the board be a good option ? I am 1.75m and 76 kg, and riding in south of france, where the water is a bit choppy . Thanks in advance for your reply.

I don't like their Kites and I sure as heck do not like fixing the valves ... what is with gluing the valves to the inside of the bladder?? And then they come out with this big Max flow valve or whatever they call and it's got this giant cage around the flapper ... WTH?? KISS

I have this bar, in 55 cm wide version, when I do some downloops, the direction lines get a bit tangled with the High Y splitter (when its at factory position, i.e. Low Y or V). Is seems to me, that this will wear out the lines over the time , anyone has any thoughts about this?

Been flying Solo V3 12m for a year now and definitely my most favorite kite. Calm and pulls consistently like a tractor. It tends to front stall in very light days so I always use the shortest bridle and power it up a little. It will hang in the sky even in 5knot. In 10knot with a surfboard and Im the only one in the water.

Can I use a LF Mission Control V3 Bar-Standard 49-55cm with this kite???
@SonLeDang
@SonLeDang 4 жыл бұрын
Yes i have that one with the Solo 12m. Works perfectly. Note this kite is almost impossible to back stall but rather can easily front stall on light day. So I use the shortest bridle setting 100% of the time and it flies even in 5knots

Anyone has the V3 in 7M ? I have the feeling the kite has bit to thin/flat profile, for my liking it is difficult to find the power spot, I expect in the bigger sizes 10m and up this probably will work well. (indeed it is fast excellerates well, but the power is not consistent....... I have been now playing with briddles, in hope to improve adding pulleys it improved the range on the bar. Still profile can't be changed.... this kite needs to be moved and fast otherwise no pull....

I have the 6m V3 and I totaly agree with you. In gusty winds the kite becomes nervous and the handling is not so easy at least for a not experienced rider. The kite is extremely quick and delivers good power when it is moving fast. The bar is very light even in overpower conditions, which is not always good. If you find a solution to improve the behaviour, that would interested me.
