AMERICANS ARE FINALLY WAKING UP THAT THE GOVERNMENTS AND CORPORATIONS HATE THEM. Jamie McGregor, CEO of McGregor Metal Co. goes to the WSJ to complain Americans in his community are upset at his company for hiring Haitian and then lies. It does not help his whining that his main purpose is to replace his employees with robots and then Haitians in order to take advantage of the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC). WOTC is a federal tax credit available to employers for hiring and employing individuals from certain targeted groups who have faced significant barriers to employment. He compounds his own problems by saying he can't find workers. Except the unemployment rates for Springfield, OH, demonstrates the deception. March 2024: 4.4%, April 2024: 4.2%, May 2024: 4.8%, June 2024: 5.3%, July 2024: 5.0% and August 2024: 5.8%. Jamie McGregor voices disdain for American workers by throwing out blanket accusations, which he cannot back up. Since Obama was in office, lots of companies in the US have been and are turning their backs on American workers. Then when the same American workers they through out on the streets for tax write offs and credits turn on them, they cry victim. They treated American nurses like crap during COVID and now with the malpractice lawsuits, they are begging even nurses in retirement to come back. These nurses are telling them not just no, but hell no as hospitals go out of business or are taken over by incompetent government stooges. Corporate America never learns the lesson of common decency over greed, which is of their own making. My own personal solution is that when I make a call and hear a foreign accent, I tell them sorry wrong number, hang up and take my business elsewhere. These immigrants might work cheaper, but they not problem solvers and are stupid to the point that I no longer waste my time on them ever. These practices are quickly becoming the down fall of America, which is right around the bend. Not one of these companies deserve bankruptcy protections now that they have turned against Americans.

Will the load on the main motor be affected if we don't follow the chart for the counterbalancer cylinder?

To show yall how psychotic that customer I can't talk about is they zoomed in on a counterbore with an electron microscope and called a row of atoms a burr. They did an audit and tried to say my micrometers that measure down to 50 nanometers were not close enough then they wanted to challenge the NIST certificate. That tool was expensive. Oneof their engineers saw me at the gym and brought a part in and said "dares a burr in dare!". I looked at it and even looked through a 100x microscope and couldn't see a burr.

We run some parts that I have to run on the hydraulic press. They are within tolerance on the servo press but they look better on the hydraulic press. I don't want to give the customer something to complain about.
@chadr2604 Жыл бұрын
We have one but the hydraulic press is still better for forming. Hydraulic fluid is slightly compressible and has some give.

SEYI will never beat a MINSTER.
@stampingconcepts41483 жыл бұрын
Minster (now Nidec) is a good press manufacturer, but SEYI has Minster customers who when given the choice, chose SEYI. SEYI beat them on price. SEYI beat them on performance. SEYI beat them on Service. There is room to give SEYI its dues.
@johnmaag92303 жыл бұрын
@@stampingconcepts4148 I worked for Minster from 1980 to 2001. I'm sure after Nidec took over then Minster's quality started to go down hill. The Winch family would never let quality suffer for higher profits.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately SEYI does not manufacture dies, only mechanical and servo presses.

Whiskers are old method of safety and very limited. It is a nice press, however, if I can make a comment, here is my feedback: 1/The die in the press should be in a much faster press as c frames are excellent for tandem purposes or perhaps for dies with tapping units, which are not spm demanding and need higher stroke height. 2/If anyone would offer me a whisker with a smartpak, which is so advanced (most likely one of the best Stamping HMI in world) I would be probably laughing. As I said before, SEYI and Mark Sutherland did a great job in building and developing these little babies, but in my honest opinion-I would not be very happy if I build the press and it would be represented in this way to potential customers. My two cents.

I once applied for a tool and die job at the Bridgman, Michigan plant and it was so pathetic and EXTREMELY FILTHY. I can't believe any company would want to do business with this little mommy and pappy shop!

This company is a total joke. I heard the so-called vice president of the company is the owners wife who has no experience in manufacturing and she was a school teacher! LMAO!!!!
