You need to wake up and smell the coffee. You don’t seem to be able to recognize a compulsive liar or someone with a severe mental illness. Obviously need more training. Pathetic. Not impressed. Do you want to help with justice or just get numbers??

Great Effort !!! Thanks !!! It is absolutely devastating, sad, and horrifying to read or watch how women suffered even till this age and what is more painful and triggering the amount of Ignorance and denial Men have to this systemic sexism. I would like to add the case in Islamic/Arabic world and how it was and how it is, if someone is interested to know about this part of the world ...briefly. Women in the Middle East like anywhere suffer and face horrific challenges.....However, it is always promoted that the Arab and Muslim women are the "only" and "most" one suffering and in need for freedom; and this is misleading, and inaccurate ....sexism is a global problem and most countries with high rates of crimes against women are not Islamic nor Arabic, still unlike many Arabs deny, Women here still battle and suffer even with the high progress taking place now, Thanks God !! Anyways, as an Egyptian and Arab myself, I always feel so bad when I look into the Islamic culture or sharia that is blamed for sexism in the Middle East !!!! Historically, Arabs although they worshipped "Goddesses" they were very cruel, sexist, and ignorant to a great level when it came to women rights. Women in Arabia would be inherited like other properties, female slaves were forced to sex work, female fetus were buried alive as having daughters not sons was shameful... 16:58 Whenever one of them is given the good news of a baby girl, his face grows gloomy, as he suppresses his rage. 17:58 He hides himself from the people because of the bad news he has received. Should he keep her in disgrace, or bury her ˹alive˺ in the ground? Evil indeed is their judgment!1 Footnote Some pagan Arabs used to bury their infant daughters alive for fear of shame or poverty. This practice was condemned and abolished by Islam. See 6:151 and 81:8-9 source: Quran.com And they were a pagan civilization that worshipped "Goddesses" !! Islam revolutionized this society and made a huge difference in many aspects: Sexism/Ableism/Racism/classism and gave strict and "clear" rulings and teachings regarding these issues etc. It is unbelievable how many just can not search either sexist Muslims or Islamophobes, the Islamic rulings, and history with women. Women In Islamic Rulings(that appeared in the 7th century) and History had the right to(compare some of them to the status of the women back then in the middle ages when basic rights were abused): 1-To Simply Divorce !!! and that right was even guaranteed since the middle ages !! 2-choose her husband and can not be forced 3- To learn and teach even men...contribute to Religious studies and literature / Fatmah AlFahri, for instance, built one of the oldest universities. 4- To express her opinions in science/sharia-Religion/politics etc. 5- To own property and have complete freedom in doing whatever she wants with it without any guardian permission. 6- To defend herself and kill the rapist...And even from a religious perspective that was a great deed 7- No one can abuse her in any way or form and must be punished And many more rights ..... 8- Join Army (That was the case when the prophet peace be upon him was alive, don't know if historically after that women were permissive to join army) I mean even the philosophical perspective, women are not considered source of sin and according to many scholars Eve had nothing to do with the "Sin" !! Women pregnancy isn't considered punishment. Men are equal to women ....Their sins are equal religiously. "Woman are counterpart of men." -The Islamic Prophet Mohamed Peace Be Upon Him So Islam as a culture and philosophy was not sexist !! Some interpretations or Islamic priests are sexist !!! but the fundamental ideas of Islam stands against sexism, However, I personally do not know why exactly our Islamic societies are filled with sexism...what does this sexism stems ,from....most cultural ideas or traditions that contributes to sexism are not Islamic.....there is unfortunately lack of studies in the Middle East regarding sexism its roots, history etc. !!! Women in the Middle East still has great way to cross to reach their liberty, rights, and safety !!! I also want to mention a great Egyptian man "Qasim Amin" who was one of the pioneers of the women rights movement in Egypt in 1800's, and who was brave enough to speak up against the huge amount of sexism back then, and clarify the true values of Islam when it comes to women and how the society ignored it....he was shamed, hated, attacked for that till this day even after his death !!! May God bless his soul !!! Sorry for my long comment i just wanted to add this knowledge in case someone is interested in the what is the case on the other side of the world that is often unknown to many.... And all women Must just speak despite what the sexism in their society differ !!! All Greetings To All Women!!!

So if a final protective order on someone in Texas for family violence or indecency with a child is placed & last for 2 years or less, will that show up on criminal background checks for future employment even though it was in a civil court of law & not criminal also is a protective order the same as an injunction?

I just got a letter being denied victims assistance because the police department didn’t have enough evidence I was r@ped 13 years ago by my father who was given custody of me after just having a trial for hurting a little girl. What can I do to get the assistance I need because it’s not ok that he was basically given his infant daughter to be a victim and now I’m being denied the help I’m asking for with financial assistance because my ptsd is preventing me from working and I can’t afford a dr to diagnose e with ptsd however I always have a panic attack when I see a man who looks similar to my father or hear a man yell who I can’t see in front of me. I need a dr and possibly a service dog yet am being denied. Makes me feel like the Texas attorney general (who is sending me the letters) is minimizing the severity of what happened and it’s long term effects because I was 10 so I was terrified to say anything.

i want to know what is the purpose in the 3 yr law age diffrence in sexual assault i see no purpose in this law all it does is destroy teenagers lives my son was just 17 had consensual sex with a 14 yr old mind you my son was in special ed and was actually more mentally a 14 yr old himself the girl may have been 14 but she actually was more mature mentally than my son nevertheless it was consensual unfortunately my son nor myself nor most people ive talked to even knew about this 3 yr age difference law and it was considered sexual assault even though it was consensual . my son unknowing he committed a crime went to school and decided to tell his teacher what he did that weekend which lead to teacher had to report it which lead to the DA of comal county pressing sexual assault on my son . He was not even aware it was illegal and now my son has been in jail in comal county for almost 4 and a half yrs the DA wanted to give him 20 yrs this is the stupidest law and it has destroyed my sons life the mother of the girl wasnt upset nor wanted charges pressed on my son the DA took it upon herself to prosecute him to the fullest he never been in trouble before he has a learning disabilty he just didnt know i want to know what is the justification in this law my son decided to take a plea because comal county is hard to win and he took 8 yrs . the sad thing is my son was sexually and physically assaulted while in comal county and i couldnt find a lawyer that would help take comal county down they got away with covering the abuse that my son had expereinced from other inmates .. this makes me sick i want someone to give me a good reason for this law the only victim here is my son , let me say sexual behavior between teenagers is normal as long as it is consensual. my son was not forcing the girl and they both agreed to have sex . this law is only there to destroy young teenagers lives it needs to be abolished . my son never got to finish highschool and now is in prison he has already been in the county jail for 4 and a half yrs and now been sentenced for 8 yrs all for having consensual sex with a 14 yr old when he was 17 his life is ruined he has to register as a sex offender the rest of his life . i dont see any justice in this law how many teenagers lives have to be destroyed over this stupid law i understand sexual assault but this is not sexual assault if they are consensual and both under 18 how can this law be written under sexual assault ? what is the purpose of this law? who is it protecting? There is no reason this law should be and it needs to be abolished its injustice and destroys young teenagers lives this does not protect our childern this hurts and takes our childrens lives i am going to fight this every way possible help find the group of mothers that have had this same thing happen to their child and has had their childs life destroyed like my sons . I will seek justice for my son for this state and its ridiculous law 3 yrs age differnce has taken my sons life from him before he even got to know what life is about . texas lawmakers need to see what damage this does to a young person life and now my son knows nothing but jail how is this justice tell me where is the justice in this state . TEXAS LAW MAKERS NEED TO SEE WHAT THIS LAW HAS TAKEN FROM A YOUNG PERSON LIFE AND HOW IT DESTROYS THEIR LIVES .. HELP ME FIGHT THIS LAW AND BRING JUSTICE TO OUR CHILDREN THAT THIS LAW HAS EFFECTED BY DESTROYING THIER FUTURE .......... I WILL NOT LET TEXAS LAW MAKERS DO THIS TO OUR CHILDREN I WILL FIGHT FOR JUSTICE FOR MY SON WITH EVERYTHING I HAVE BECAUSE IS THE MOST INJUSTICE I HAVE EVER HEARD OF IN MY LIFE AND HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS A LAW I WANT TO KNOW HOW MANY PARENTS HAVE HAD THEIR CHILDS LIVES DESTROYED DUE TO THIS LAW I WILL TAKE TO THE HIGHEST COURTS OR TO WHOEVER I NEED TO EVEN THE GOVERNOR OF TEXAS UNTIL I AM HEARD AND JUSTICE HAS BEEN RESTORED TO MY SON MARK MY WORDS THIS IS WRONG AND NEEDS TO BE TAKEN SERIOUS AND NEEDS TO BE ABOLISHED NOW >> HELP ME FIGHT THIS YOUCAN REACH ME AT [email protected] please feel free to email me with any information you have on others that have experienced this and on how i can get this law abolished for i myself am looking for ways to get this out and in the open and plan on pushing this through to our texas lawmakers our governor im not affraid to fight for what is right and im not going to except the fact that this texas law is going to take my sons life anymore or any others like him i am a proud american but im not proud to be a texan anymore..help our childrens futures

I don't like how it is said " even thought I brought a fat body to this". Very offensive! Please explore another way to say that. I understand your trying to express that the body that was violented was considered and less appealing. I get it! You said that during the first half and I couldn't get past that.

18:30 I'm guessing alot of these scenarios are heading towards that surface level assumptions... just like in these situations; there's lack of understanding, analyzing, and knowing the why. People assume it's a societal thing.. when, in fact, people don't know if that older boy was open to another male or female or older fe/male and got sexually assaulted or if advancements were made aka hurt people hurt people. People inflict pain because of the pain they have received. Pain is pain, regardless of the person. In all these cases, are signs to deeper pain that they have endured that they'll probably never have a chance or space to let people in to understand because they've been shown by everyone that is not safe for them to open up because they'll never receive the concern or care that they wished they'd receive or that they wish they could give. It's way deeper than these surface level assumptions that people resort to.
@CmanVlogga3 жыл бұрын
14:28 has a similar response as 13:58 ... it's all a surface level response without getting deeper... again, the impact has that negative societal impact but the surface level reason is met.
@CmanVlogga3 жыл бұрын
13:58 parenting is lacking.. why don't you want your child to cry instead of giving the quick responses that, on the surface, has the same results... which is; don't cry because you're focusing on the pain and when you focus on the pain, it gets worse, etc reasons. Which meets the pros of; if you continue to cry, you won't get to play anymore and enjoy the bigger rewards of playing (spiritual, mental, mental, and physicals, rewards)
