Thank you. For any large data sets, it's better to do all cleaning activities at the database level. You can try in dataflow ( Power BI web) , but it's recommended to do this at databases level

Hi Arpita mam, I created a report and set up a virtual machine (running 24/7) for scheduled refresh instead of connecting to a local PC. Now, I've made another report using a different dataset and want to schedule a refresh for it as well. Can I use the same virtual machine and gateway for this new report?

Ideally yes. I have used the same gateway server to run and refresh multiple datasets. The Admin team needs to create multiple connections for different data sources.

Data profiling is the whole process of understanding the data , cleaning, processing and ready for visualisation and modelling. In ETL , this is the 2nd stage, means after importing the data.
