I too had pectus excavatum surgery when I was 11 back in 94 but I had my surgery at John Hopkins hospital. My sternum was an inch and a half away from my spine and my heart was Flattened in my shoulder because of that they had to remove inch from six of my ribs My life expectancy was 20. I’m now 42.

This is what happened to me today. I was taking a fat poop, it was hard to take out. I was not 14, I was younger. I was only 8 and I saw a little bit of blood when I wiped. I was scared, so I came to this video. I know I’m not having a period, but I know if blood is in your poop you might have a period

This is absolutely not correct. The study done showing that black pepper increased the absorption of black pepper 2,o00% has been misquoted and misrepresented for years. Black pepper and Turmeric have been used together traditionally for over 6,000 years in Ayurveda. We do not need fear mongering, turmeric is one of the most researched herbs out there with thousands of publications done.
