Chip didn’t like the Flashy kind of Swagger and Imagine Vick, Jackson, Shady and Jeremy Maclin had and wanted players he could Completely control so he tried to set unnecessary team rules making it look like he was just trying to hold them accountable but really he knew some shit was unreasonable and wanted them to look like insubordinate players so he could get rid of them. Jackson played 15 seasons, Shady played 12, you don’t last that long if you’re a locker room issue or insubordinate player, Chip only coached 4 NFL seasons that’s all I need to know about him as a coach.

It was tough letting Andy Reid go and bring in Chip Kelly. We were on the decline and there was no sign of Andy making the team better. Maybe we needed to blow the team up and keep Reid, but no guarantees we would have won a bowl with Andy.

This is what happens when cocky football coaches come into the NFL, and think they're still on a college "plantation". Leave that slaveowner bullshit in the NCAA. In the NFL, coaches and players are respective colleagues. He was lucky to have the talent he did and he ruined it for his own ego. Those kinds of coaches need a reality check, quickly.
