I can tell you withholding sex from your man emasculates him, undermines his confidence and then after starving him out, he feels the absence of desire on your part and it kills his ability to perform. Actually after so many years of sexual withholding, it affects men emotionally and physically.. actually lowers testosterone and that creates more problems. You can only starve a man out for so long, and eventually he will seek out someone else.

Me being indecisive had result on me becoming a job hopper lol. Like I’m so desperate not to have a employment gap, I would just take whoever calls me first among the places I applied. Then later on a better offer ends up calling later and I would take that. Then I realize I’m not happy, I would go back to my former job, then another offer with better opportunity calls. Indecisiveness is ruining my life 😢

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZbin channel 9 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,703 subs and > 1k hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

I'm always jumping between one subject to another. I basically never do anything skill based for very long. One minute I'm watching KZbin, the next I'm drawing, gaming, reading, watching a movie, and the next, I'm thinking about what I should be doing instead of actually doing anything for longer than a half hour.

Thanks, I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem! Things are more manageable for me at this moment and I'm learning to accept this condition as more of a way to test my limits rather than inhibit me. Hope you all are doing fine too and have something to hold onto in case you fall, sincerely!

You are not alone, focus is probably the most important thing when we want to leard or have something done. Without the focus we can't achieve a thing. It's also a skill,( how to stay focused on something) worthy of our time and effort.

To everyone here you are the 10% of people who knows what they have, and is trying or learning how to fix this thing that makes people not go as far as their potential could lead them to. One advise i can give to you is find out who you are as a person ,learn your flaws, learn the goods things about yourself. the way to do this is by doing a dopamine detox and just asking yourself questions and once you know who you are and why your here, try to work on yourself. And Remember do something you love and not for the money

I am 30 years old and I am still suffering from the still face of my mother. She always always has a still face she's so cold she doesn't have eye contact with me. She never trys to talk with me about anything. She's silent all the time. I try to speak with her so many times but she never responds because she thinks that it's enough if she just listens without engaging and responding.and If she sometimes responds to me she would respond in a way as if she never understands a single word from what I say and if I complain about it she always plays the victim and gets angry or starts crying.I remember this cycle has been happening since I was a little child.I remember how she starts crying and how I start to comfort her as if I am the grown up one. I feel very bad I am struggeling every single day because of this and I still don't know how to cope with this.I feel that I can only be calm when I am away from her.I love her so much and I know that she loves me.But the way she expresses her love to me is only through materialistic things and that's will never be enough so I prefer to stop talking to her because I found that it's the only solution and to love her from a far distance .
