Good job, thanks for sharing the issue with the upside down video. I usually clean the front of an instrument with all keys and knobs removed, it is easier than polishing around all those pieces

it seems your 355 is missing a circuit board that goes to that light blue slot behind the main heater fan

Did you get this worked out? I also have a 355 and am curious how easy they are to work on.

It turned out to be a broken switch (red and black on the main column). It required some disassembly, but repair was quite straigtforward.

sorry, just to understand: it's the lathe lefty and the cross slide right? i have to buy a cross slide, but it seems that i find always opposite to what i need. i'm confused

The lathe is a left-handed lathe (as shown by the cross-slide) but is mounted backwards. So yes, it's confusing as posted.
