Lol...Sir, welcome to Egypt. People, please do not take this as professional advice, nobody pays the first month, last month, security deposit and a whole months commission to a real estate agent bit someone who does not know any better. Besides, you'd best to try the place by renting it for one month before plopping down that kind of month. Never pay more than first months rent and security deposit and have it put into your rental contract that your security deposit will be used as your last months rent. These landlords are tricky. If it's written in Arabic, by law, you are not to sign anything written in a language that you cannot understand so they are obligated to also have it interpreted in your language. Additionally before signing the one written in Arabic ensure that you have either used Google translate or have a trusted friend not the lawyer not the landlord not a bawab, but a neutral party to translate to ensure that it says word for word the same thing because many many times they do not. Additionally if you are new to Egypt never trust a lawyer always get a recommendation from someone that you know and 100% trust because these lawyers are tricky will charge you an arm and leg and will not do what you want done. At the end of the day they all stick together and lookout for each other so don't really expect them to work on your behalf. At the end of the day everyone's job is to get their own share of your money, one way or another. This guy's advice is from someone who clearly has not spent any time in Egypt before coming here and do not know how clefty the people can be. Always move with your eyes 👀 wide open. Trust no one!!!

Asalam Alaykom brother. Great video and thank you for all this great info. I have a question. I've heard about the 10 yr TOURIST Visa and that we can open a bank account with this. Is this true? Because as far as I'm aware only Aqama holders can open a bank account in KSA. Also for the 10 year BUSINESS visa you must already have a business registered in the US or can non business person who plans on opening a business in KSA apply for the 10 year Business Visa? Please clarify as I havent been able to find any reliable source who can answer my questions. Thank you brother. Jazakom Allahu Khairan

@@twoplus7647 I got it from Kingdom Trip. I got 10 year Business visa for myself and Tourist visa for wife and kids. Yes, my kids are enrolled in schools on this visa.
