Du skulle helt bestemt hoere "The Weight", Up on Cripple Creek, sanger er Levon Helm, den eneste Americaner i The Band. Min favorit singer fra The Band, er Rick Danko, han singer "It makes no difference" og Stage Fright". They took the name The Band, because they had been Bob Dylan's back up band, and the all lived in Woodstock, New York. Whenever they were out on the town, alone or in a group people would comment "he is in the band, or they the band, so when the split from Dylan it came natural to call themselves The Band. Have been here ever since. Although have been back to Denmark many times. Now live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I just heard you mentioning Denmark, so I was right. I love this song, we have a very active Scandinavian Club in this area, and in the early nineties we had a midsummer party, in the hills south of SF, and we had some members who played guitar and sang, and this was one of the songs they sang at that party.

I wrote a long comment and for some reason it didn't post. TDLR is if you like 88 Kasyo Junrei (being that you have reacted to them a lot) you will like Atarashii Gakko. Also, you can get AG's most current LP on vinyl for a limited time on their Japanese web store.

A thoughtful and in-depth reaction. Thank you. It's somewhat difficult to define this group, the best word for them is eclectic. They have covered pop, jazz, rock, rap, hip-hop, alternative, underground, disco, and their latest collaboration is with a metal group. If you decide to continue reacting to them, I suggest you watch several of their songs, you will find something new and wonderful in all of them. They are trained dancers, and their come up with their own choreographies. You are right, this is a group that don't exploit their sexuality, they are purely focused on the music, the dancing, and having fun. They have several albums. They have been active since 2015. I suggest "Koi geba", "Koi no shadanki", "Seishun wo kirisaki hado", "Suki lie", and "Pinaple kriptonite" to start with. I'm looking forward to your reactions.

"Kosei ya Jiyuu de Hamidashiteiku". ("With individuality and freedom, I'm gonna stick out".) Atarashii Gakkou no Leaders (New School Leaders) began in 2015. They've been known internationally as "ATARASHII GAKKO!" (New School) since they signed with 88rising in early 2021. That's when I first started hearing about them. The single for 'NAINAINAI' was their worldwide debut. They are Suzuka, Kanon, Rin and Mizyu. Many of their older songs have a Jazz fusion feel, especially the tracks created with H ZETTRIO. There's been more of a Hip-Hop influence on many of the more recent songs. The EP, 'SNACKTIME' was produced by Money Mark, best known for his work with The Beastie Boys. You should definitely check out 'Pineapple Kryptonite', one of the singles from that EP. Although Suzuka is the lead singer, they have songs featuring other members singing lead. (Yes, Su-metal is Suzuka Nakamoto. I've heard that both Suzuka's have the same vocal coach.)

Why was he taken from us at a young 66. What a powerful & unique voice he had & he would have continued doing this for many more years. He was always handsome but got sexier with age. Was in CPH on both times they played last 2 years (summer and winter) and it was amazing to see them again, probably for last time. I love the fact you play the vinyl and not just youtube vids, Still have some of the records and cassettes since 87-90s. Digital version took some of the fun out but did give us superb quality to enjoy.

The ones I think you need to hit are "Sludge Factory", "Heaven Beside You", "Again", "Frogs" and "Over Now" which were the more popular ones form this Tripod album. Did you notice the 3 legged man in the gatefold besides the dog also? This is the album that Jerry really shines on for me.

It's a crazy dark album. I think you're gonna love Frogs. This is the album I end up listening to the most as I get older. Lots more of Jerry singing. Very sludgey. Heaven Beside You is brilliant, hope you enjoy.

Marillion are a really great band. Chelsea Monday, Ocean Cloud, Script For a Jester's Tear, Grendel. So many good songs.

Martin L Gore, is the Keyboard dude and sings this song on his own making a change from Dave Gahan the main singer.

The live album is easily my most listened to album and my favourite of any band. Every moment sounds so good and tracks like godzilla and ojo rojo are better here than on the studio albums. I managed to buy the lp a few years ago, i also have the cd in my car. My kids who are 13 love this lp as its all they listened to when we were out in the car. Great reaction and love seeing your passion for Fu Manchu.

Barrett Martin was the drummer in Screaming Trees. He also performed on Mad Season, which is one of my favorite albums!!
