I hate everyone involved with making this garbage. I have unlocked so many skins that i'm stuck playing it forever. Wish Sega could just take all the shit from SSS and put them in a good game that actually WORKS and doesn't crash all the time. That isn't this greedy/grindy also.

The first season (8 episodes) was actually good and interesting, but as soon as the second release dropped, the quality plopped down the toilet.

This game might be top 3 worst sonic games ever. There's nothing to do in the game besides hold down WASD and grind for speed stats that you can't enjoy because the maps are too small to explore or run around in, and the races are so short and boring that no one is interested in those either, and the movement is awful, the skin updates mean nothing because they'll just readded in a sale one week after release and dump on the 'trading economy' which who cares about the skins they look ugly and you can't use them for anything, the races are so bad that when I go into a lobby and join a race, I'm genuinely the only person doing them, the game is too monetized and way too easy to grind, the game's entire future still most likely consists of just reselling 2 year old skins, the maps are so unoriginal that there's virtually no difference between any of them besides a texture change, the bosses are jokes (which haven't had a single good update since the reborn revamp released) the NPC's don't even attack you, the events are ass, the gamepasses are too expensive, there's too much RNG, the story updates aren't even story updates at all, the loading times are way too fucking long regardless of Roblox's performance, the pet system is ass, the character mastery is fucking horrible, I could go on. I understand it's a Roblox game meant for little kids, but my 10 year old brother and I have both been sonic obsessed since childhood and he actually forgot the game existed until the Werehog update, and that's only because Sonic Unleashed is his top 3 favorite games. People are saying it's 'dying', this game was built by braindead zombie devs with dead relevancy on the platform with a playercount mostly filled with fucking bots and player retention so low that it's not even funny. When I heard about this game and realized the developers could have as much creative freedom as they wanted to, only to find out that an open world exploration game where the open world is hardly bigger than the spawn hub has only been a skin selling scheme from the start, I stopped playing it after the Knuckles update, and then pretty much quit permanently until the Birthday Sonic skins arrived (the OG release), the Shadow skin arrived (the OG release), the Supersonic skin, and the Silver skin. Even for a passion project bought out and sold as a cash-grab skin sale extravaganza with no real development behind it or ambition, this game is so fucking bad that even a pedophile's sonic DEMO was better and had more effort put into it than this shitstain on the platform. A waste of a good IP and absolutely incredible opportunity given to gamefam.

Imo Sonic Unleashed cutscenes were just peak of the render. Nothing beats them. And then yeah, the quality of the render on the models suddenly stopped growing, picking the not-so-great level to stay at and we're stuck with the weirdly side-mouthed Sonic.

Like, how cool would it have been if there was an Eggman in the Boscage Maze who was a Clayton esque huntsman obsessed with hunting animals and cutting down trees or a pirate Eggman with an army of steam powered machines?

Shame Prime was so boring and this is coming from a someone who didn't grow up heavy into sonic, but I dabble into it when I'm bored and it looks interesting. I got through s1 and s2 when they aired but s3 aired and I only saw 3 episodes before I realized it's so over. I had the feeling in s2 but held out till s3. Shadow def carried but he was thrown in the back a lot cause they just had to throw in a plot hole in why Shadow can't travel too😕 I also hate how it only did a 3 world concept, like either do one universe per season to develop it or add more to flesh out the universe. It's so sad Prime was lack luster because I adore Wildbrain Studio, I'm a Ninjago & Lego Monkie Kid fan for crying out loud. Wildbrain have carried Ninjago s11-Ongoing and LMK s5-ongoing. Prime had amazing animation too just wasted is all.

I mean it’s not the VA’s job to research their own characters. Some go the extra mile but really it’s the employers job to coach them and educate them on their characters. If Rouge and Shadow’s VA’s didn’t know their characters until now that’s on SEGA for cutting corners in the past I think.
