The keyboard I bought came with Gift switches but I modded mine with Akko Piano Pro V3 Switches shortly after if you plan on keeping the switches the same I highly suggest lubing them if not it still sounds/works great!

This keyboard already comes with mods such as foam and silicone I believe but if you want it to make it sound a little bit better I suggest a tape mod too!
