Hey, do you have a contact center? Or customer service line? I recently ordered your sentro replacement kit. I followed steps to put it together and also used grease on gear, however within the first few cranks the machine ate the gear up again. I have a total of 3 machines in which all of them have done the same thing. Once I try to make a project they eat the gears up and then when I open it I see white dust from cranking. I'm not going super fast or any in fact it doesn't allow me to go fast at all. I'm so disappointed because I just made the repair with your kit and still don't understand what is going on. I'm now wondering if you have an option for us to replace the gears along. Because everything else is still intact. Could you please let me know if buying the gear is possible? Any advice on how to deal with this problem, I'd be super grateful. 🤞🏾

Got a brand new 32 and that’s screwing that handle will not come out the screw so I can put it the gear back in there so the screws are stripped in the handle part. I need your help.

Stripped a screw head on Sentro! Sort of cheap…. But the Grumpy head design pieces are very sturdy and fit great. Machine works so much better now.

You literally expend more energy to crank the machine at a 3:1 ratio than you would to wind the yarn around the arms at a 1:1 ratio.

Holy Shit, this ain´t good. Did they send you new plates or how did you solve this problem ? I am just about to order some stuff to build a CNC and thinking about ordering the plates for the Ultimate Bee.

I bought the 1500x1500 "pro" kit about a year ago- after assembly (the instructions suck by the way) and all wired to go, EVERY AXIS BINDS UP - no matter what i try to do. I did not get those purple plastic spacer things shown in this video, so i'm left trying to get things straight with calipers, dial indicator and a good old tape measure. The frame is square X wise (instructions DO NOT give you this measurement for reference by the way), and outside rail to rail front & back are the same (once again, NO REFERENCE to how wide it should be) & it's still binding up. And yes the motors (Y & A) are calibrated thru Mach 3 and wired correctly. I'm at my wits end on what to do next- maybe pull the plates and have them fly cut just enough to square them up and some shims on the bearing side to keep the gantry plates squared up?? This is just for the Y travel, still have X & Z kinks to still work out. I have to say my no name plasma cnc is running on gear rack with NO PROBLEMS at all. SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE WITH THIS POS!

this is the first I`ve seen bad review on Bulk man .you just got bad plates I no lot of people who have these machines and love them , And I for one I am building one now, and my plates are fine this is my sec machine .my first machine is built from openbuild and it a v wheel workbee and had it for 5 years now and is still on the money when I curve with it .SAME CONSEPT .of a build.

I just finished my kit, nowhere near the problems you had, oh it's cause I didn't tighten the rails down completely till I had bearings tight.

I received my BM3D queen bee pro 1515 a week ago, ordered in early February. I can confirm all plates and extrusion are flat as I tested the with 150 CM straight edge (real straight edge not a ruler or countertop) I'm working on the electronics at the moment to finish the build. the only disadvantage I can attest to is this kit has really poor manual and instruction on how to put together other than this its not bad a kit especially for a first or second machine. I wanted a shapeoko or xcarve but shipping any of them to where I live cost a fortune so I pulled the trigger on queen bee pro and I'm happy with my choice, I see myself upgrading to an industrial CNC machine in 2-3 years till that time I think this machine will suffice

What controller did you get with it?

If you're going to build a CNC, regardless whether it's a kit or from plans, you absolutely need a flat surface plate for referencing, and a dial indicator. Those linear rails have to be absolutely parallel with each other or else the carts bind. Your plates may be bowed, but without a surface plate, or checking the parallelism of the linear rails, how do you really know what the issue is? You'll just end up being frustrated.. Btw, those linear rails should not be tightened until you have assembled the carts on the plate.. You check, recheck and tighten as you slide it across the rails. I feel your pain with the bowed plate, but another lesson is, don't buy precision stuff from china unless you know the quality of the goods you are buying. Those linear rails you have in the video are second from the worse. You should invest in good quality rails such as HIWIN or MITSUMI. Ball screws can come from china because of the cold roll process they use to make it. But not rails! Sorry you had a bad experience but consider it a learning experience.

On the queenbee website it says they have attached an extrusion inside the Cbeam to make it 80X20 extrusion. I'm not seeing that in your Cbeam.

Which controller did you get. I'm surprised they don't support mach4.

just contact them and they will make it right. you think bulkman actually manufacturer's that machine? LOL. comeon! you think home depot grows trees and cuts down lumber. These are just resellers that buy all the pieces and resell them. So they got some plates made made out of spec? get some new plates replaced. The plates are not stamped. Aluminum that thick cannot be stamped. everything you got is not bowed, stop exagerating. They are saving you hundreds of bucks, just let them fix the issue, isntead of talking trash and shit.

hello, i'm looking for the 1500x1500 cnc but is it the full sized dimension with motors, cables etc.. or is it only the dimension of the aluminium frame ? (i'm not sure it fit on my workshop) if so could someone tell me what cnc he have and if he could tell me the exact external dimension of his cnc, including motors, cable, etc... thanks a lot in advance ;)

Just request new plates or get them machined locally. Still saving thousands vs cnc3d rip off price
