Yes, it's definitely possible to get into an MBA program. Your work experience, any gap in your education, and entrance tests are important factors, but you can still pursue and complete a master's degree in business and equivalents.

For IMAT registration no such requirement of passport is needed. The documents required for IMAT exam day is better to take a passport with the nation Identity card.

Can a MPC student from India study MBBS in Italy if they score good marks in the sections other than Biology in IMAT? Can he compensate Biology, by taking up the additional credits required in the 1st year of MBBS

Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, biology is mandatory for both the IMAT and admission to medical universities in Italy. MPC students are not eligible for MBBS. As per the eligibility criteria for IMAT, an average mark of 60% in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) is required.

There is no direct answer to that, nowadays we can not say that everybody will get the scholarship because some regional scholarships have less fund.
