I didn't know he had passed. I was thinking about him and was watching some of the race videos then came upon this. I always called him the Master of Balance he's my favorite Speedway Rider still to this day. darn

Wow, just great to see these great USA speedway riders giving their respects to a never forgotten man. True men.

I sponsored Kelly with Oakley goggles. Many fun memories of him in the eighties. One day Kelly stopped by Oakley to visit. He showed up on a moped. I said why did you ride a moped for 20 miles on side streets? He said he had never had a drivers license.

Big talent... Big loss.... RIP Kelly.
