I’m sorry to say that I didn’t feel like this was a review. I feel that a review is giving a personal experience with a product. This was more of a commercial in my opinion. I’d rather know what the temperature range is and see how it actually works.

Mine arrived with a jammed bar underneath making the lift mechanism unusable. The instructions are horrible and the instruction video QR code is to a older model and it was nightmare to figure out. I had to hammer the bar to release it. perhaps if the mechanism wasn't faulty I could have worked it out much sooner.

Mad scientist bbq says Treager pellets are terrible for smoke flavour.
@BbqspitrotisseriesAu2 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching our video. You'd want to use something like an offset smoker if you want the best smoke flavour. For convenience and good smoke flavour, Traeger smokers can definitely be your choice for a set-and-forget option. Cheers!

@BbqspitrotisseriesAu2 ай бұрын
Hello there! We no longer have this unit listed for sale - charcoal is the main fuel for this model and can definitely add some wood chunks for some extra flavour. Thank you very much.

I like your videos but this one made me laugh about how you put a pizza with the aluminium tray underneath (i.e., defeating the purpose of having a pizza oven) and already-cooked chicken and bread - unless you want chicken- and bread-flavoured charcoal! 😅
@BbqspitrotisseriesAu2 ай бұрын
Hi there! Thank you for watching our video; we’re thrilled that you’re enjoying our content. You can certainly place the pizza directly on the oven bricks, but using a pizza tray helps conduct more heat and cooks the dough more evenly. Wood-fired pizza ovens also adds a unique smoky flavor to pizzas, bread, and roasts, which many people prefer over traditional ovens. Cheers!

Hey Rhiannon, roughly how long do you need to leave the wand in position? Also, does it work with briquettes? Cheers
@BbqspitrotisseriesAu3 ай бұрын
Hi there and thanks for watching our video. You can put the wand just long enough to get the charcoals going. Should be roughly around 5 minutes or so. Once the charcoal is lit, it should be ready and ashed over in about 15-20 minutes. Cheers!

Great looking grills. One question does the front ledge fold down on any of the grills for access to the coals bed?
@BbqspitrotisseriesAu4 ай бұрын
Thanks for your interest in our products. Our Parrilla BBQs do not have an option to fold down the front ledge. We just normally sweep and use a dust pan to collect the charcoal/ashes. You can check our range of Parrilla BBQs at this link - bbqspitrotisseries.com.au/collections/parrilla-grill
