This only happens when you bleed out during the game over screen. Since everyone is dead, there is nobody for you to spectate so you just get up again for whatever reason.

If I have been there in The Walking Dead Telltale universe, I'd go raid all the fucking overrun factories and food and beverage facility in the 50 states of America in order to re-industrialize the whole nation, starting with a pudding factory and Clementine's canned peach/orange projects. And Boom!!! Ended all wars. Damn 300+ IQ moves. #Joking
