Nice build! I bought the black version and I think this is the only channel that showed where the hdmi/dp cable goes. I'm going to do something similar but I'm waiting for February for the 5080 or 5090 if I'm lucky to get one.

Do you know if this case fits an x870e taichi properly? I was thinking of getting it if I can't snag a antec flux pro since this case looks nice. Also how good is the gpu spport for supporting gpus? And does it fit a noctua nhd15 gen 2?
@Mr.PixelBuilds4 күн бұрын
Thank you for your question! The ASRock X870E Taichi is a great motherboard, but I chose not to use it as I wanted to maintain the ProArt series concept for this build. Regarding the Noctua NH-D15 Gen 2, it fits perfectly in the ProArt PA602 case, so you shouldn’t have any issues with compatibility. 👍

Why did you mount your rad with the tubes on top?
@Mr.PixelBuilds5 күн бұрын
Thank you for the question! I mounted the radiator with the tubes on top because it doesn’t significantly impact cooling performance in this configuration. Additionally, I felt it looks more aesthetically pleasing in the unique layout of the Thermaltake The Tower 600. Let me know what you think or if you have other suggestions!

I have two legit questions-not hateful or anything, don't get me wrong. Isn't it necessary to spread thermal paste? And isn't the power supply upside down?
@Mr.PixelBuilds6 күн бұрын
Great questions! The thermal paste was indeed applied-if you check the video at 05:30, you can see it being spread. As for the power supply, it’s installed in this position because the mounting bracket of the case doesn’t allow for any other orientation. This is how the case manufacturer designed it to be installed. Hope that clears things up!

Hi. I consider this case and the nearly exactly the same components for a build by myself. BUT... several reviewers seem to be quite disappointed when it comes to thermals and loudness for builds with this case. On the other hand, the components used in your video should not be too demanding in cooling on the paper. So - long story short - can you tell me a little bit more about your expierences with your build in terms of loudness? Thanks! :)
@Mr.PixelBuilds7 күн бұрын
“Hi! Thanks for your question. From my experience, the build is surprisingly quiet, even under load. The Fractal Design Mood does a great job with airflow, and the components I used don’t generate excessive heat. For maximum silence, I’d recommend swapping the top fan with a Noctua fan, as it’s noticeably quieter. As a side note, my wife has a similar build with a Ryzen 9 7950X, Noctua cooling, and a ProArt RTX 4080 Super, and we haven’t encountered any issues with noise or thermals. So, I’d say the case performs excellently with the right setup. Hope this helps!”

@Mr.PixelBuilds Very helpfull. Thank you very much. I allready thought, that most of the reviewers - especially on KZbin - overstated their "problems" with this case by using quite hot components. Looking forward to my build now. :)

Hi! Would this setup fit two TUF 4090? 😬 Or maybe with an PCIe "extender" or something like that to avoid both cards being too close? I want to buy this to run two 4090's 😁
@Mr.PixelBuilds11 күн бұрын
“Hi! In the ASUS ProArt PA602 case, fitting two TUF 4090s is possible, but due to their size and heat output, it’s highly recommended to use custom water cooling. This will help manage temperatures and ensure proper airflow, especially since two GPUs that large can run very hot when close together.”

@Mr.PixelBuildsWould it be possible to mount the second card vertically? 😬 The water cooled Nvidias are too hard to find here (and would be too expensive to import) Thanks!

Nice work dude ! I just receive my Asus pro Art X870E with an Ryzen 5 9600X. I have an NZXT 500 and I thinking to custom the case with wood in front panel and on others parts. Need to change my RTX3080 by a new RTX5000... but not sure to have th money :o specialy if I want to find an ProArt Edition in January !
@Mr.PixelBuilds11 күн бұрын
Thanks! Customizing the NZXT 500 with wood accents sounds awesome-really unique! Upgrading to the RTX 5000 ProArt Edition would pair perfectly with your X870E. Good luck with the build, and I’d love to see the final result!

Really nice build. Was a thoroughly enjoyable video to watch and you've got a new subscriber. May I ask, why was the PSU configured that way with the fan upwards? I'm used to watching other videos where they install the PSU fan as intake. Is there any benefits of installing it in the way you did? Thanks!
@Mr.PixelBuilds11 күн бұрын
Thank you so much for your kind words and for subscribing! Regarding the PSU orientation: in this build, I’m using the ASUS ROG Thor 1200W PSU along with the ASUS ROG Helios case. The Helios case has a special window that perfectly showcases the OLED screen on the PSU. By orienting the PSU with the fan upwards, I was able to display the screen, which adds a unique aesthetic touch to the build. Additionally, the airflow in the Helios case is well-optimized to handle this orientation without any thermal issues. I hope this clears up your question-thanks again for your interest!

All this is of course beautiful and powerful, and productive. But what should I do if I don't want RGB backlighting, I don't want to make a flashlight out of my computer. I want a spacious case for my hardware, blown through and quiet under load. My tasks are sometimes to play, sometimes to watch movies on the Internet.
