40ft by 80ft with height 4ft is 362455 liters of water (calculated). If divided by 15 liters ( Fish Academy Standard) = 24163 1kg fishes

I'm not a fish expert, but based on his calculations, you first need to covert ft to meters. 40ft is ~12.2m, 80ft~24.4m and 4ft~1.22m What he didn't explain is that you don't fill the pond to the exact height of the pond. In your case, you'll go up to 3 feet of the 4ft height of your pond. 3ft~0.91m. 24.4x12.2x0.91=~270.67cubic meter. Convert this to liters by multiplying 1000=~270,666 liters, then divide by either 10 or 15. This is either ~27,066 or~18,044 fishes. I hope this helps, Goodluck.
