So cool to see this crossover. Currently doing the Shaun T “dig deeper” program, but I still do a p90x and DDP yoga workout at least once a week. These guys changed my life

good video Tony, like always... but i just have to say this... problem with yoga in west is, it lacks its originality and its core... in India, yoga was/is not about fitness, it was/is more about developing and practicing and training your body and mind to self heal, and become aware of your own nature... getting fit by doing yoga was an added bonus which comes with it... if you want to do the traditional yoga, there are thousands of rules you need to follow to rip its benefit... like leaving meat completely, cleaning your bowel and sinus before you start yoga, etc... western yoga feels like a knock-off version of yoga where people turned it into fitness program only focus only on how to get fit... but what actually happens is you get fit temporarily... and that's why I have heard people saying yoga isn't worth it... when they don't know how yoga works

This is the greatest crossover I’ve seen since the Avengers. DDP 💎 and Tony Horton P90❎ 🥲. It’s been years since I’ve done p90x. And honestly it was the most successful program that I’d ever done. Losing over 60 lbs and learning about so many muscle groups and stretches. Then I got married and ummm… sometimes we don’t always agree on what to eat so we settle for fast food. 😝. The biggest thing I wanted to return to was the Stretching. It was always easy to come up with gym routines but I could never EVER come up with anything as comprehensive as what I’d do during p90x. I’d still do some of the basic stretches that I could remember during my workouts. Basically I wanted to say Thanks for that series because it helped set up a foundation that I could always come back to in fitness. And also… I need to go out with a *BANG* for DDP 💎 CUTTER Also update: can’t wait to see what this video is about. Update again: wow I didn’t know that DDP was going something called DDPY. Very proud to see the people it’s helping ! Looks awesome. Might have to give it a go.

Two of my favorites. Still doing DDP Yoga to this day, as well as the P90X1, 2 and 3.

Changed my Life! I started with Power90, did 2 rounds and went to P90X! It's been over 10 years and I'm still doing the programs.

I done P90X workouts on and off ever since college sometimes with friends, but mostly on my own. I’d stick with the lifting days but wouldn’t engage with the full program. I decided that now is the time to go ahead and do the whole thing from the beginning. It was long overdue. I’m on day 20 and about to enter recovery week for month one and I can already tell the difference. The classics don’t go out of style. Thanks for making something so timeless, Tony!

I’m the other 88% 😭 This video hit me all in the feels. Like… Tony Horton, my childhood super hero… the one who got me through my teen years?… on his death bed?!… I wouldn’t believe it! Why do I feel so bad? Like I let a close friend/family member down by not knowing this? I just want to let you know that you have touched peoples lives in so many different ways. I may not be where I want to be, physically & mentally, at the moment. But I want to let you know that for some unknown reason, I really needed this video today and like always, you never let me down! Thank you, Tony. I wish you and your wife a lifetime of good health and happiness! ❤

You can’t look like helmsworth without steroids. If you work out 8 hours a day you could get close but not quite and that goes for every person living on earth. Except maybe one or two black guys in some weird country

I didnt adopt a vegan diet for my health, I did so to lessen the harm I cause. But as a side effect I became so much more aware about my health and how to better feed myself. A long way from perfect, but a long way from how I used to eat too.

Tony, I'm a fan, but I think you should give your content out for free. Don't create a paid subscription for your workouts. It's inauthentic, especially since your fitness channel is still in its early stages.

I completely agree, "I could date a troll if he had a great sense of humor". Absolutely. When I was younger, and dating, I dated ALL kinds of men based only on whether they could make me laugh. (Ended up in a VERY great relationship that's had me laughing for decades.)

Wow! Tony this is an amazing interview! When Jesse was sharing it brought me back to the first time I flew. Trapeze has such diverse people and I wish we still had a rig in Maui. Thank you for posting this fantastic content 💯x your down to earth approach makes me feel like I can relate to the unrelatable experiences Jesse describes! Hope you post more interviews like these were you can be outside and moving as it gave a personable vibe, great stories and dynamic training session/tips! Loved this content and have no idea how you micced 🎙️as audio quality was 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💯👍🏾
