I mean yeah, her kit is really good, except for the Q being slow AF in every way. The ult being able to only shoot once in higher elo, before the target just hides, if you even are able to get the first shot off, because of the laser showing your location to everyone around. The ADS passive being only good on lower ranks, where the communication isnt like in higher ranks. The perks for lvl 3 EVO shield being absolutely useless. So basically she is only good until high plat or low diamond, after that you cant really utilize her kit. Even lifelines passive is better movement ability then her Q and that is saying something. I hate to say it cause i main her but she is underwhelming comparing what other legends can do.

Yeah the latest changes are questionable. Poor pathy didnt deserve that nerf.

Yeah i do agree, her hitbox is frustrating, especially when you see yourself being behind a wall but still somehow die. Making her fortified would make her better, but i still think that her kit is too bad for her to be played. Especially in this meta.

I very much agree with you. If the player isnt in the complete open, her ult is almost unusable. Her tactical should be instant and make you travel faster and further, because otherwise the only "good" use for it, is taking the high ground and even for that, there are just better abilities, that can take even the whole team with you there (horizon, pathfinder, octane, etc.).

Yeah i guess you are right. I forgot that everyone plays apex like fortnite now and if they get shot, they just put a bunker down and heal instantly up for double the ammount of any other legend.

@2cRingy2002 Yeah and as I said this makes it particularly difficult for rogue Legends to do pretty much anything. I main Caustic and 90% of the roster has a counter to his ult now. It used to just be the pylon. Now anyone with a speed boost perk or deployable can just walk out of the gas for 8dmg total. So annoying.

yeah ult accelerants getting nerfed, by being changed to purple and lowering the spawn rates, almost single handedly killed vantage, but yeah i agree, removing or atleast making the laser less visible, would be a viable perk, but idk about the poison bullets, because her dmg on the ult is already enough. I would, say marking the enemy, not only for vantage, but for the whole team, could be also a great addition as a perk.

@2cRingy2002 I would definitely love if she was a little bit better. It’s sad seeing her not get you so much but at the same time it gives me more opportunities to find out new things about her and also the purple perk that gives an extra 5 m I genuinely don’t knowanyone who chooses it. It’s just so bad. I think it’s one they should definitely change or at least make better I was thinking an extra 15 m and increasing the speed of the wind up and being in the air.

@2cRingy2002 nah , marking sniped enemies using ult for team should be by default , and upgraded q in tier 3 perk should be by default as well. also maybe reduce the model size for vantage. she's huge ,may not bad as pathy but...

Yeah same, i feel like after they introduced the revive/respawn meta, a lot of good players just quit and then after they nerfed it to the ground which was around october/november as you said, the people who were left playing the revive meta were just not that skilled.

Well im pumped to see that video when you make it, cause i agree ash for ranked atleast is probably the worst or second worst legend, but for pubs/solos she is actually pretty solid pick not the best tho.

@@2cRingy2002 for ranked I’d say she’s top 3 worst and for pubs (trios , quads) she’s top 5 worst but for solos I think she’s actually pretty solid , I have 110k on ash I love the character for her lore and personality etc but her kit is very underwhelming to put it nicely

I dont think these changes would fit Vantage the passive buff you are talking about isnt needed because you already see the enemies through bushed, trees and while they are marked pretty much even through smokes so her passive is already very good and doesnt need a buff. The ultimate buff you are talking about can be done manually so i would opt for a different buff maybe the ult having a shorter cooldown or the laser being less visible and the tactical buff is maybe too much because that is double the range she has now maybe like 35-40 meters and it would be good. Interesting ideas tho.

As for the passive i think itd be good for using snipers, no reason rampart should be better at sniping than vantage :P Priority shooting with her signature gun the setinel. no reason to run setinel when you got the ult so itd give her more of a nudge to that.

Yeah Vantage is not bad, if in the right hands, but the numbers speak for itself, she is not the meta in higher elos, cause of her being easily countered and predicted, but in lower elos she is very underrated and can get free knocks very easily. Btw i totally agree with the buff ideas you listed maybe even changing up the perks a little wouldnt hurt to, also if they just fixed her bat AI, to not get buggy every now and then, that would also make her picked more.

I started maining her right when she came out, just because of her passive and her sniper, cause that also fits my playstyle of having a perfect balance of being aggresive, cautious and deffensive at the same time. Thats why i love playing her so much and you are right i wish the hit box would be smaller (i forgot to mention that in the video) and i wish her Q would either have faster charge up time or just dont have any charge up time or maybe even just traveling faster in the Q. Triple jump sounds good too tho.

@@2cRingy2002 when I first read her perks when they came out, I was disappointed. I was hoping the left purple perk which improves her tactical would have been good. I was thinking maybe it would make it faster, but it only increases the jump height by about 3 to 5 m which is not a lot. I think that perk definitely needs to be changed, I don’t think anyone gets it because it’s so bad improving it would definitely be like increasing the wind up time and having faster speed while airborne

@@jemarshaw4986 Yeah I agree, i was also disappointed when i read online that it only adds like 3 meters to the Q, but i still pick it, because i dont see the use in the other one, maybe i am wrong, but i always have my Q ready for either an ingage or an escape to high ground or behind cover, so getting it back from hitting my sniper shot feels useless, i might give it a try tho and see if i like it.

Yeah the Q is definitely a weakpoint about her. Althought you can get very creative with it.
