no, that does not apply to any lpn program only RN program,, in this case my school. remember RN program , i have done all my prerequisites.

@frimpomaajoyce7320 technically 1 year, the 5th quarter I was doing one last prerequisites while doing the nursing school application class. So that I won't have any gap.

Hi Lucy, May I know the average cost of studying accelerated nursing degree in usa? I’m looking for cheaper colleges (community colleges?) with any scholarship; I am 39 years old, Canadian citizen, pursued masters in Biotechnology and Masters in Public health in Canada and have been working in clinical trials for more than 11 years but I am always fascinated about nursing; if you could let me know some community colleges in US that would offer accelerated bachelor nursing be great help!

There are No community colleges who offer accelerated bsn, only universities and mostly private ones.

I think it's okay to get something that will increase your earning potential by 50... coz at 50 you might be feeling the struggle on your body trying to work harder, so be smarter now dear plus you might be lucky to get a good job or business. Trust me time just flies over here, 🇺🇸

For those.who are.older like late 30s and prefer the ABSN route. I see the ABSN bas some for 12-18-24 months. Does this still lead to Green card ? Also does the ADN- RN @ community college lead to Green card?

A nurse is a nurse it doesn't matter. A registered nurse is recognized by immigration as a national labour market shortage. So just do community college or end up paying humongous loans even in your 50s. People don't factor in the interest rate accumulation over the years. Plus that absn route will still require all nursing prerequisites before you even join. Bsn degree will be paid by your employer and you don't get get any salary difference between Rn and BSN. It's usually maybe 1 dollar or 2. Please don't take this as advice and do more due diligence. I'm just saving you the headache of the loans.

Many schools have accelerated Bsn, just make sure it's accredited. Don't do accelerated. It's too expensive.
