Yes, the music is a bit out of sync with the score. Sometimes MuseScore will screw up when uploading to KZbin. If it were terrible I would try uploading it again, but my experience is that it doesn't always make a difference. Click the MuseScore file link if you want a better sound and sync.

English: Even though the primary key is E-minor, the piece modulates to several keys. Plus, the use of continuous tone in the base varies the intervals from a 10th to a 7th, and the slow pulse produces a sound that seems different than the tempered scale.

If you mean a transcription from a Bach Invention, then, no. This is an original composition. "An invention is a short composition in two-part counterpoint."
