Bruh, this tabletop game reminded me of the first Life is Strange so much.. (SPOILERS) With magic, Chloe comes back to life in the beginning of the game, and a whole story takes place. But in the end, Mikey (Max) will need to kill Chloe off in order to stop the enemy (storm) and save the people (Arcadia Bay). And Mikey really don't want to let his dear friend go. In a brief moment of silence, Mikey and Chloe share a bittersweet goodbye before she is gone forever.

Its interesting seeing the big brother play this Gnome Bard character...when I played this scene, he played the villain, Bonebreaker Dorokar or whatever his name was. It was Elamon that ended up dying, not Callamastia. He had a very sad moment after the game, and his big brother basically said "But you can make another character, right?" Then he said that he would join him for the next campaign.

Accepting David’s photograph makes no sense. It’s completely out of Chloe’s character cause it makes it look like She and David are on good terms when Life is Strange 1 shows otherwise.

The dialogue changed when Drew came in to play. Now I have different choices than these. I gave the money to Damon but the 1st time I played the board game Chloe’s character died. Is that y my results r different???

Basically what happened was that Sara was kidnapped and sold into trafficking. Then one day (4 years after she was taken) the Mask went to an auction and bought her (cos he was irritated by all the other people bidding for her) and then he took her to this bunker where he took care of her, she had to cook and clean but from what I could tell she was perfectly happy doing so. Then one day she drew the picture that Kris is given in the good ending and the Mask asks who the big butterfly is and she tells him it's her brother and she starts crying and explains everything that happened. The Mask decides he should give her back to her family so he starts doing blood work on her to discover her heritage but finds out she has "Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome" (AIDS) and now is distraught because there's nothing that can save her and he says there's no way that he'll be able to bring her back to her family before she dies, it's gotten so bad that she only has a month or 2 left to live. So, he keeps her in his bunker and takes care of her.

What happened with the kidnapping was that she got out of the house because she wanted to go play outside and Kris didn't notice. As she was walking she bumped into Lisa who was on the phone to her mum who was totally distraught about something or other. She stops her mum cos she sees Sara (but she doesn't know she's Kris' sister because they'd never met before) and asks if she's Ok etc. They talk briefly and Lisa tries to help but is stopped because her mum tells her that her dad is in the ICU because he had been shot by "some racist asshole who had been trailing him all week" she leaves and runs to the hospital where her dad dies later in the night. She forgets all about meeting Sara that night.

Then Sara bumps into Xavier (who had ALSO never met her) and he was buying drugs from his usual dealer. He was already high on a "combination of bath salts and spices" so when he saw Sara he kinda flipped out because he didn't want anyone to see him in this state/catch him buying drugs. He scares her away and then passes out so he spends 4 days unconscious in the hospital, missing the Amber Alert that was put out for Sara. He never knew that it was Sara he saw that night, he was too high to even know if it really happened. So he just assumed she had gotten home safely. This incident is what caused him to go to a rehab (which Peter mentions during their fight) called Game 4 Life (or G4L like on his shirt) which was super militaristic and horrible.

Finally, Sara meets her kidnapper who convinces her to come with him. She's getting into the car and Peter (who had met her) saw her. Peter was in his own car, out buying "last-minute groceries" for his family. He recognized Sara and got out of his car to help but the kidnapper pulled a gun out and pointed it directly at him as Sara got into his car. Peter was too terrified to say or do anything so he froze. He then calls the Police but he didn't manage to get the kidnapper's licence plate thus was unable to help. He tries to tell Kris one night whilst he (Kris) is super drunk (because it's the anniversary of Sara's kidnapping) but can't bring himself to do it. After that the thing I wrote in the first paragraph happened, Sara was sold then bought by the Mask etc.

If you want to check all of this out for yourself then firstly play through each characters' respective "routes". Basically meaning the when it gives you the option to go talk to someone you always pick the same person (eg Rosa) each time. This will mean that when the time comes for the Mask to ask anyone to confess, the person who you went to each time will tell their story. As for what happened with the Mask and Sara after he bought her, that can be found in his Journals which you can find in the menu.

Damn it, the D&D game is the best side story in Before the Storm, but you have to be a bastard and get Mikey hurt in order to play round 2. Arguing with Drew over pudding is hilarious, but it's just not the same as Povel, the arrogant gnome bard.

OP will probably not be playing the game anymore, but for anyone else who still stumbles upon this: Some of your rolls actually depend on your choices and things you did during the whole game. When trying to steal the idol for example, you only roll a 20, if you stole the t-shirt and the money in episode 1, otherwise, you'll roll 8. All of these dialogue branches can be found on fandom's wiki page "Episode 3: Hell Is Empty - Script".

Just like the beginning shows - you go and speak to Mikey and Steph after entering their hospital room. In order to enter the hospital room, you have to talk to Mikey's dad who is outside of his room.

I had to get into the game's code and actually give myself unlimited time because there was no way I could beat that with the small amount of time they gave 🤦 If you leave an email or something like that I can send you a file to put into your game folder to give you unlimited time.
