Your home is coming along nicely. Make sure to have ventilation under your mattress to avoid moisture from your body and causing mold.

@@Paul.Adrian The average person releases about half a pint of water into the air while sleeping. Over time your mattress will get damp on the underside. You need air to get to the bottom. Remove the insulation (it is not doing anything anyway) and either have slats of wood going across or cut some holes in the platform underneath. You can also buy under mattress pads that allow the underside to "breathe".

here you can make around 7200$ a year on a job, now put in the rent and everything else and yeah... we are actively searching for better jobs, that's why we posted this, everything is on the table.
