I don’t really the the essential oil part working very great. Like how is it suppose to make your room smell like birthday cake if the walls of the oil part make it so that it cant disburse out into your room?

Magnet remote doesn’t work on plastic only one of the remotes work and directions are awful. What is the round thing at the top telling me? Other then that it seems to work ok.

I can’t find filter replacements either. I phoned the Miko Service number and they didn’t know what I was talking about, though the representative was very pleasant. I did purchase the demineralization cartridges and will use one for the first time today. I’d been buying distilled water for a couple of weeks. For two weeks before that, I used tap water and had an apartment covered in white dust from all the minerals in our local water, LOL. Really like the shape and workings of this humidifier. I’d tried one each of the teardrop and round shapes and found them very awkward to transport to the bathroom for cleaning and back full of water, so I returned those manufacturer’s models. The Miko has a handle and it’s shape is easy to balance when it’s full of water. Keeping fingers crossed that the demineralization cartridges are excellent.😊

My unit got very noisy and rattling after 2 weeks. I'm very disappointed 😞
