Does the gravel weight it down a little? Buffer the charcoal so the sensor doesn’t heat up?

Great question. The gravel is just to keep the charcoal heat distributed. Any rocks will do. I literally grabbed some gravel out of the drive after we had new grave put down.

I do love my censor. We have smaller ones in the shop. But it's a big house so I needed something that would hold a lot of stuff LOL

Yeah, I don't know what happened there. Thank you, seriously for pointing this out. I had to turn everything up all the way...Sorry about that. I figured out the issue and will make sure future videos are normal levels.
