I love your choice of eyeshadow palette. I've been using Dior 5 couleurs palettes daily for many years, they are the best! Just wanted to give you a tip regarding your eyeshadow placement: get yourself a soft round blending eyeshadow brush and use that in small circles on your outer crease. Focus on getting the shadow upwards, especially with your eye shape. You said yourself that you have a large area under the brow. If you don't close some of that space with dark brown eyeshadow, it gives the optical illusion of droopy eyelids. Even for other eye shapes, blending the dark eyeshadow up at the crease gives a bright eyed, awake, youthful look. I rememember a body language expert even said it in an interview that the more up and lifted your eye makeup looks, the more people respond positively to you because they subconsciously associate it with a cheerful, happy person. So good job on everything, just wanted you to have this extra tip!

My knees thank you so much! I noticed that women even more voluptuous than me were not having weight related knee problems. That is because they swing their hips and I did not. My poor knees were doing all of the work while my hips went along stiffly for the ride. No more. Now I know how to let my powerful hips perform what they were designed to do! Additional "receptions" which can increase one's feminine confidence are doing face exercises, following along with a KZbin soothing face massage, soaking your feet in some nice smelling water and giving yourself a quick pedicure and foot massage.
