There is also bisexual papaya right that has both male and female flowers on same tree and is most suitable for fruiting.

Wow! Cutting the main root just a bit would change its gender. Mangoes and many other trees can be motivated to bear flowers after employing smoke under the tree. It appears that when some trees are threatened they are forced to fruit to produce expeditiously for replacement seeds.
