That’s my problem. I will eat when I’m not hungry, I eat because the clock. It’s easier said than done for me. My guilty pleasure is blue berries with peanut butter. I eat it almost everyday.

I understand how you feel, I love peanut butter! What I found the last few days when I make myself wait until I’m actually hungry, is that the food satisfies better & I don’t have cravings after. New viewer but dont think about as 26 calories as a "mess up"! You essentially hit your goal of the day. Its okay to go slightly over because you were still at a deficit. Just because you will get to your goal weight slower, doesnt mean you won't achieve it

If there is one thing i have learned from my journey it’s do not count these days as a mess up or “bad day”, always keep a positive mindset about it. Instead just enjoy the moment and look at it as a way to get better the next day. It makes it so much easier to stick to this long term. Life is too short to feel bad about doing something like that, keep going!

Ever try PB2. Dehydrated peanuts that is 60 calories for 2 tablespoons. It's in the peanut butter section usually on the top shelf. It's pretty good!

Have you thought of walking as a low impact exercise? There’s a really cool Irish influencer called HalfofCarla who talks about her weight loss journey and about walking as her primary form of exercise.
