Love your smooth, low-key, very clear instructions. I am an older guy with no rhythm or dance skills. Please don’t laugh at this question but are these geared towards anyone, male or female? Many of your moves look sexy and I would be self-conscious trying to look like that. Any advice would be welcome and appreciated. Thank you for your channel.

im 60 and when i dance everyone stops and looks at me. I actually find the dancing moves presented in this video quite boring. I believe in self expression and when i dance i am the happiest and most sensual.

stupid. if you did not learn to dance however you want in your 40, go to psychotherapy and work on your selfconfidence

I used to be able to move and then I turned 55 and it’s like I’m made of 2x4s and rusted steel pipes. So sad. I used to wonder why old people looked so, uh, unique when they dance. Now I get it! Everything is stiff and they hurt!

Awe, her English is awesome but she misses a few terms. She says don’t move your torso, but means only move your torso, but not your hips. Other than that, even her hair is smooth.
