Great video and channel content!! I want to recommend 2 vinyl releases to you. Medieval Death LP and free DVD and the Mordicus “Rights ‘n Trials” LP. If you want to know more, I suggest that you Google this exact sentence: "Medieval Death LP and free DVD + Mordicus Rights ‘n Trials LP". You will be able to check audio, videos etc. \m/

Funny that he mentioned A.C. and Village People because Seth Putnam was a huge VP fan.

Big respect to Topon! I miss seeing FtF live, they used to come through my hometown fairly often. Sweet guy.

Can we get a black metal or film score episode?
@VinylBang20242 ай бұрын
Film score we could do, I’m not sure if between the two of us we have enough for a full episode. As far as Black Metal I have a small collection but I do not believe Jeff owns any or even listens to Black Metal. But I could be wrong.

How can someone with some good records and taste make such shit music. Cattle decapitation have to be the most entry-level “nu-grindcore” band for obnoxious dweebs.

Champ is a legend! Lovely bloke, I remember messaging him around 2009 I think, when Cleptocracy came out.. That record was/still is a game changer in its unrelenting fury! (No surprise really when Dorian Noisear was involved) I managed to see KTC in London back in 2011 and remember being obliterated by their sheer presence. Off stage Chris, Bry , James and Champ were the calmest dudes! I always wondered years later what happened to KTC , they quit out of the blue. I feel it’s a sore point with the bassist, but it’s a shame.

Midnight Odyssey....personally not a fan, but if anyone wanted more context in addition to the description Travis provided, think 'cosmic Black Metal' in the vein of Spectral Lore, Battle Dagorath, and my personal favorite Darkspace
