When you unlock "Capitalism" from the skill tree, then you can sell items straight from your inventory. Otherwise, you need to buid a market and sell items from there. On XBox you can press A to "sell one item" or Y to "sell all items" when you are in the market and click on an item in your inventoryon the left hand-side. Please refer to screen at 3:25. Not sure how it is on other consoles or PC. Hope that answers you question.

You do need to change up your play as time goes by. It can become boring to soon. So it is up to you to change your relationship to the game. It is just a game after all. I got to consumed at first. Steam says as of this moment I have 1240.8 hours playing the game. Play with the different weapons. Learn to use the different powers. Use the NG system not to frequently but it is there to refresh your game so to speak. I suspect it will get better over time so give it some time.
