I've been trying to choose between these two watches and after trying them both on I'm leaning towards purchasing the 114270 simply due to the length of the clasp. I have a small 15mm (6 inch) wrist and the new clasp seems to stick out to much and actually makes the watch less comfortable. It's either that or put on an aftermarket strap because imho the Oyster bracelet's comfort in either model is far less comfortable than many other brands anyway

I've really come to appreciate Geckota watches more and more after owning a few. My absolute favourite that I've quickly come to love more than any of my Swiss watches is the Sea Hunter G-02. Such high quality for a great price. It's going with me on a trip to India for six months this winter. Perfect watches for travel.

I've had the BB Blue 58 for a few years (a beauty), and just got the '54 in May as milestone piece. For my chicken leg wrists, it is a godsend and fits like a glove. I've had a few Tudors over the years - the 41mm diameter just too chunky for me. Def my brand of choice. Great vid, and I dig your straps (have a few of 'em).

Sub for thick wrist, Explorer for thin wrist. Leather strap all day everyday.

Day to day I can see Pilots, Flight Attendants, working class people with immediate family who live in other countries/time zones. And just like a dive watch, you can use the bezel to time stuff. Not as accurate as a chrono but good enough for rough estimates. I’m finding ways to utilize my Seiko GMT

I keep thinking about these old oyster dates. They look way more attractive than the equivalent smooth Datejust.

I'm from the USA and have the grey (actually more of a blue-grey) dial Squale 1545. I love it. It is unique because I've never seen another dive watch with that colour dial. It looks great with the orange accents.

Sinn is now what Rolex used to be forty years ago. Maker of durable watches for professionals. I had a Sub for diving, GMT for flying and a Daytona for rally racing. I used to rotate. Ever since I got the 556a and 356 they’ve been my work watches in the cockpit. Still have my Rolex watches but hardly wear them. Sinn for the win for professionals. Easier on the wallet too and no worries about getting robbed or damaging a very expensive watch doing extreme activities.

I've got a Super Squale and 1545, two of my favourite watches, can't fault them for the price

Got mine with a slight discount from a local AD and it is easily the most comfortable watch I own. For the price, the movement can be a little better, but it is more than made up for by the design and heritage. Very cool piece in my opinion!
