I love the idea of BeReal app that encourages you to be true to yourself and embrace your daily real life. I mean, who doesn't want that? But as much as I love BeReal, it's still focused on visual... "appearances". It's not really encouraging the kind of authenticity that we should be embracing-like our thoughts, feelings, and ideas and the views for the world. That's where voco comes in. Not only is it an app, but it's a movement! It encourages people to SPEAK their minds and be themselves in a judgement-free space.

While you can be late for a picture, you cannot be early! meaning that you'll have to plan ahead and then hope the notification appears before/during whatever you're doing. So with that in mind its not exactly something you can plan for. Unless of course you're okay with being super fake every single day and be super late by hours.
