Hello there. I’ve currently got FSX but upgraded and installed FSX steam. When opening the simulator I now receive an error with a message stating it cannot open due to the lack of graphics not supporting shader support. The message goes on to say that I need to install a better graphics card, advises GeForce or Radeon8500. Do you have any recommendations? I don’t want an out of this world graphics card or a hardcore gaming graphics card, nothing too expensive I just want one good enough for FSX steam to work. I’d prefer a graphics card that doesn’t need additional power supply too. I have a Dell Dimension E520. Core 2 Duo E4400 2GHz, 1GB RAM but have now upgraded to 4GB, 250GB HDD, Vista. Hope you can help, many thanks.

i have the same monitor HZ281 but my screen doesnt work, sometimes it works for few seconds and then turns complete white, when take the plug out and put it back in it works for few seconds then turn white again, is there any solution for this if so, please make a tutorial for it or let me know.

The airport in real life does not have an ILS. They have an RNAV approach and that's it.

Here we go! Have you ran FSX in crossfire? Do you know it uses both GPU's when in full screen? I'm running them in crossfire because 1 card sucked.

I don't think this particular airport has an ILS. It's a visual approach type of runway, meaning the plane has to be landed manually and with visual references.

60gb ssd is to small. You dont want to go past 80% on a ssd so that leaves you with 48GB usable space. You will blow right past that. Go with 256GB. OS on a ssd is a sweet option too. Save the HDD for other files and programs.

It seems that FSX got it wrong. At PUJ (Punta Cana airport), for runway 09, there are: RNAV, VOR DME and VOR approaches, but no ILS approach. In fact, there is no ILS approach at all in Punta Cana.
