DO NOT BOOK ANY TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY. I had my worst experience in Rome with this tour. When you go inside the museum it’s like tour guide is in a race with the other tour guides on who could finish the fastest. She was speeding through all stuff inside the museum just zooming through The tour guide was told multiple times to speak up and she just said turn up your volume on your headpiece. (You’re given a headset) She warned us not to get lost but I guess the reason she said it is because it happens too often. She had a terrible accent and could barely speak in English. So speaking low and with an accent is a horrible combination I asked her please slow down I really wanna see all the stuff there’s so much beautiful things to look at and too top it all off. I DID GET LOST. I called the company and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. IF YOURE READING THIS I WANT MY MONEY BACK ILL BE POSTING THIS ON ALL PLATFORM NEGATIVE ONE MILLION STARS!!! Tour guide did not care about 1. Her volume level in talking about the tour 2. How fast she was just going through everything when there’s so much see 3. Barely can understand what she’s saying

I would like to visit Florence (I have a buddy who lives there), and Siena, and in general all these ancient places. I love history. Especially the history of the Middle Ages. However, now Russians in Europe are not comme il faut. They won't give me a visa, and the attitude towards Russians is absolutely disgusting on the part of many Europeans. Ok, I'll watch the videos. Although I would like to touch with my hands, but what can I do if the politicians cannot agree. Mi piacerebbe visitare Firenze (ho un amico che vive lì), e Siena, e in generale tutti questi luoghi antichi. Amo la storia. Soprattutto la storia del Medioevo. Tuttavia, ora i russi in Europa non sono comme il faut. Non mi daranno il visto e l'atteggiamento nei confronti dei russi è assolutamente disgustoso da parte di molti europei. Ok, guarderò il video. Anche se mi piacerebbe toccare con mano, ma cosa posso fare se i politici non sono d'accordo.
