Most of the Scam calls I get are from outside of North America. Many are from parts of Africa, and the Far East. I hang up on them.

We get Scam calls almost every day. I hang up on them. Difficult to block them. I don't want to change my number. Too complicated an ordeal for me. I know if I change the number the Scammer auto dial services will find it just the same! Horrible!

That's so funny I literally have the opposite problem. Static IP are grate if you want to run a game server, the kicker is now I have fiber and no static IP. 😢

why do scammers think its ok and legal to not just harass you day/night online/phone posing as imposters for facebook,steam,wwe,FBI,all claiming i won this prize of tons of money,a truck,go to a free live event,and a shot with 1 of the wwe divas,but they also claim theres fees just to get it from either them or like fedex/usp,and i have no way to put a stop to this,i have noone to help/support me such as family/most friends all due to me being disabled having a payee,so due to a very controlling payee that thinks its illegal and a crime for a disabled person thats legal age and on their own to have access to credit cards (billed) and paypal the real thing so i can protect my information,devices and online accounts to maybe avoid/put a stop to this,but due to law with me having a payee and no job with a paycheck im required a cosigner,my payee refuses to claiming her company is not letting her meet in person at all,and being low income/on food stamps its hard for me to even meet my own needs when its just non stop harassment by these so called wwe/FBI/facebook/steam nagging me day/night to claim this prize,if its real and can be verified without paying for it and without needing a credit card to find out then fine,i could use the money but why pay money thats hard to get to claim it,and if they want fees paid why is western union or prepaid or a safer/legal payment option allowed,they claim prepaid doesnt work for them,they claim western union wont let them use it due to amounts sent and gotten,and claim others have used it to scam them,so they demand steam cards or bitcoin,they claim its legal safe and fast but it doesnt get anywhere when they back out of it after sent or claim card is used already,and they say they flew in but suddenly detained due to my home state so theres more fees that they seem to not disclose,ive tried reaching out but its not helping me at all,and why cant they take the fees out of the prize,and even if this is real why would a FBI agent claim to use steam cards and not enofrce these others to use western union or just show up at their own expense to prove it to my face,and what i hate is imposters that hack people like wwe divas etc and pull this shit on fans,so i need someone to step in and find out whats going on and if facebook or whoever has such a prize they need to make it more simple to claim verify it at no cost when asked to verify theres no scams,and if money is needed stop with this gift card bullshit as payment options or take the fees out of if asked

I got this scam, but instead of clicking the link, I messed with them. I did one of those "scary pictures scary text oooo" methods. They blocked me.

If you get a call and the person on the other end has a Indian accent is a red flag.

One way I get them is to ask for the area code theyre calling from. Some say just California or Florida. It's so easy to tell.

Every now and then, I turn off Robokiller call blocking so I can mess with them. I tell them I drive a 2007 4 door Hibachi.

I have one call center ( I know it's one because the same guy is getting on the phone with me every time) calling me from a different (fake) number every single time. They use both real local numbers and false local numbers (same area code, same local prefixs) as well as numbers from my OLD area code! Sometimes they hang up, sometimes he's rude and nasty, sometimes just obnoxious. It seems incredible that we can't do something about this.

I recently accepted a oil rigs engineer as he has required a few time to be friend with him, since then we has been sent chatted everyday for about 2 months at first we introduce each other and he said he is a professional engineer from San Jose, He has a big house, boat, luxury cars and has worker work for him in the household and a Philanthropist. Now he has a 3 months contract working in oil rigs offshore in Italy, after about 1 month he told me he can’t sleep due to workload and his blood pressure he needs listen music to calm him down then want me to purchase iTunes $200 gift card, i told him can buy online he said not allow and bad internet, so I though i will my risk such small amount and try. after few weeks he keep complain his BP put him down and he in directly want me give him money to buy medicine, at time i though something was seriously wrong and disappointed and upset. I told myself he might be scam after we happily with each other. I refused to give him money that time. H was then silent for a while.

I let them go through the whole sales pitch and ask questions about everything, telling them that it all sounds great, and when they ask for the credit card numbers, I tell them that if they had only called a week earlier, before I sold the car because I was worried about how much it was going to cost to keep it up, I would have been happy as a lark to buy their warranty scam. If they don't hang up there, I ask if they have a policy for horses.

I get them but don't answer and block. Have lots of them blocked. My phone is set up that it shows names. Don't need number block ads. just use common sense

They told me if I drive a thousand miles in my truck will be covered and i broke down the they wrote the wrong mileage which I drove more than a couple thousand miles cuz I already had 2 oil changes and something went wrong and I needed a new engine and they told me they cant, I talked to the manager they asked how much I bought the truck for and I told them 5000 cash and they laughed in my face and say with that same amount of money for one engine they could buy two trucks. they stole my money and laughed in my face. all I got is one warranty booklet for a very expensive price. I went and bought a different car and now they stay calling and sending me mail. I don't like them I'm very angry every time that I hear from them.

I paid good money for 10, and all it does is slow everything down while it is scanning me for marketing opportunities. Appex Depoloyment is the enemy as well as Windows Content apps. If there is a vulnerability, they created it and they need to fix it with a patch and not force me to move to a new version.
