Hello there! I recently stumbled upon your KZbin-recommended video discussing NHS Trust on Patient Flow, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by your presentation. Your emphasis on developing self-discipline, staying motivated, and being consistent deeply resonates with the topics I cover on my own channel. Like you, I'm committed to empowering and inspiring my audience with practical guidance. Your unique perspective and clear communication style have convinced me to hit that subscribe button. Keep up the great work-you're definitely making a positive difference!

In my opinion, hospitals that have rns, lvns and or CNAs give better care. It doesn't make sense to tie up an rn to perform a bed bath, when she needs to be doing more complex duties.

I definitely enjoyed this video presentation. Bill Strickland is a phenomenal person and a true humanitarian that lives up to his words, by "walking the walk, and talking the talk." I am sadden that his health is deteriorating and I pray that he makes a full recovery. His legacy is absolutely phenomenal!
