Bro, I have almost the same case, the user said it had been hit by water, the position of the cellphone when it was turned on had a lightning logo, I checked the charger line, the 5volt current from the charger was coming in but the amperage didn't go up and the battery read 67% and then it didn't go up, it didn't go down, and if it was turned off it was on. charging the red lightning logo in a few seconds the words charger error will appear, can it be used in a jumper like the video?

No don't do that...the phone is water damage 1st check all the components try to find shorting.. May be charging board or socket and also replace the battery. Sometimes lcd also becomes shorts due to water. Try to check all the things first If these are ok then open all the protective metal can and find where is water but be careful to open the cans . Good luck
