I'm amazed how many stockers post videos on here. Does Walmart not care? You'd think they'd not want their employees to film while at work, but tons of people do.

When I worked cap 2, I did fruit, spaghetti, and sauces. All one isle for a whole year, I memorized everything 😆

All I hear is how all the leads scream at the employees and all the employees got ptsd, what kind of work environment is that? the CEO's need to stop this nonsense with management and leads yelling, freaking employees out, making them rush, numbers numbers, over loading work, not scheduling enough people for the workload, etc., I'd be fired on day one for screaming back at them all!

Omg waaay too slow! Should have at least 35 packages stocked correctly in the time it takes to watch this video. At least at our store. Unless your team is short staffed and then you better do more or the shaming will begin! It’s doable , you have to hustle, no wasted steps or movement. Have to stay focused on your task. 🍀

The real scope for this job: 1.Rotate stock.. meaning new product goes to the back and old to the front. (Opposite of what she is doing) 2. Date check all existing stock on the shelf. (She didn't check one date on perishable stock) 3. While stocking, front face all products. Including the ones you're not stocking. 4. Follow stacking and stocking guidelines per section. Some say "2 high, or 3 high" all of this info is right on the tag. 5. Do number sku checks to insure you're stocking proper oz and weight and flavors to their matching tag . 6. Break your boxes down as you go. 7. Put your phone down and do your job. 8. When she said "that ketchup ain't got nothing to do with me"... Actually it does, your section is your section, when you are done stocking a section it should be front faced, all expired out, stock rotated, and every product where it belongs. Worst part is she knew she was stocking ketchup, saw it on the shelf and did absolutely nothing about it... She has no pride in her work. She is doing the bare minimum and in no way should anyone use this video to train themselves...

You gotta start rotating dear, even though things on the shelf have a long shelf date those things do expire.....
