hello..may i ask if it still functions after 7 months? Do you recommend after having used it for a decent amount of time? Thank you for a great video.

It’s a piece of trash because it stopped working after a few months and customer service wasn’t there for a warranty claim.

Awesome! I take care of my 82 year old father with T1D and i just bought one of these. Can't wait to set it up in our living room. If it works well, im putting one in every room of the house lol

I always bolus before my meal (I'm the diabetic) but I can understand why you might not pre-bolus for a picky eater. But it looks like Finn eats well. Once he's on a pump it's much easier add insulin to a meal while you're eating. But good job Mom on the journal. It's very valuable information for his endo.

If I have a stubborn high that doesn't want to go down I usually do some cardio. Running is my medicine. But a trampoline is fun so use it.

As a T1D for 20+ it's a cake walk today. There are still highs and lows, but technology has made this disease no longer a life threatening disability. Probably the worst thing about it is the cost to manage it in the US. But it hasn't changed who I am or what I'm about. My life is still what I want it to be. Finn should be able to live a normal healthy long productive and happy life.

We dose after, only because sometimes he doesn’t finish everything. I usually include his desert with his dinner count. The whole thing has me crazy though. My little guy is enjoying watching your videos. I think because he can relate to Finn. He’s very interested!

We dose before our daughters meal. We also do the same when it comes to syrup or other condiments unless it's high in carbs. 💖
