So, was she blacklisted by him or not? Was she bitter and blaming him for something he hadn’t done? Is this one of those “believe all women” regardless of facts? Mental illness? You took four times too long to tell the story than you should have.

Well, critics wisiting a restaurant usually dont care who is in the kitchen, they just give the food some comment and mention the restaurant and its owner as a side comment. Cant see anything is wrong in this story exept a chef that that is bitter that she wasnt mensioned in the critics, and that the owner did not later on wrote something in the papers about her contribution to the fine words the food was getting in the rewiues. A common thing in the restaurant branch only the name of the restarant and its owner that get mensioned in the rewiues as the critics never tend to find out who created the dish...

It’s funny in the comments you have so many people thinking that they can either write it better or narrate it better if they still sit in their little chairs, listening to the whole video just so that they can comment at the end😊

What a ridiculous story. In every field, employees work for their Company who is their Boss. Whether in the food industry of manufacturing or scientific ventures. An employee does NOT own the things they create for a Company. Whether it is food dishes or IPhones or Cars or whatever, the Company owns what they create. Did Steve Jobs create/build everything to do with Apple phones? No. In fact, almost all aspects were created by employees but who got the kudos? Steve Jobs did. In Pharmicuticals who owns the drugs invented/created. The scientist??? or the Company?

This is just more of that woke nonsense. This time a woman has convinced a man to help her because of things he doesn't remember doing. He just goes oh well i must have done it. I think you would remember blackballing someone from every restaurant. Plus, he was just starting out too. How did he have the clout to make that happen?

Still not sure how it all happened. His angle was he was just getting started, she was great but all of a sudden disappeared? Guys are notorious for not seeing a total emotional side of story. He is tuned in how business is fantastic and what a great place it is. She bustin her booty but no recognition for her work, the food. It is shame neither had a clue what was really happening because of communication.

The story reminded me of an episode in my life which destroyed my career working overseas for a British Company in charge of Desigb and Construction of the Oman International Airport, working 16 hrs days 6 to 7 days a week as working in 3 time zones. I have just stumbled over the man whom dumped Blane deliberately undeserved on me. Of the main design team of consultants there was one designer went mad. One died when he went home to his apartment of sight. Two others has heart attacks. I just worked till someone saw I was about to have a nervous break down and offered a package so I could stop the madness. I'm alive and thankful there is a god.

The story was a bit confusing. At one point you said it was two years ago. Then later you made it sound like it was mini years later very confusing. And it was never clear what she did that caused him to fire her. If she never spoke to him about why she was unhappy and just quit that’s not his fault. There’s a lot of jobs that if you work for someone and you create some thing while in their employment it does not belong to you. I belong to the company you work for because you’re being paid to create those recipes or write a new manual.
