This is the "pro" model 2024....Yes the rims are "tubless ready" but not really. The rim tape needs to be replaced by 30 mm rim tape to get a good seal. The cheesy wire bead smart sam tires are not tubeless ready. The plastic sleeve bearing pedals are throwaways. Some recommended replacing the shock ... more throwaways.

Hi @RidePureElectric I have just bought the Pure Air 4 Pro and loving it! Although in the user manual it says “Try to ride it until the battery is nearly empty then fully re-charge the battery back to 100% “ that conflicts with what she is saying? 😊

Sorry but I call bullshit on this video. It makes it look like its a simple repair whereas in reality it's a nightmare. I managed to get one of the axle bolts out but the other is so tight it might as well be welded on. When I finally gave up and tried to put the bolt I managed to take out back in now all of a sudden it won't line up!!!

Bought a pure air in 2021 500w. After a few years of use stem starts to go . Rear fender gows quick easy to snap or crack. When this happens the rear brake light goes . Also, it doesnt hold its charge as well . Always use slime on both tyres . To prevent punctures . On the whole they are robust and nippy, especially up hills . They are good for the price . (So i would recommend) Sadly i had mine nicked earlier this year 😢

Does the Pure advance Flex have a backpack which it fits into? I'd be super keen for this if thats the case. Would be ideal for taking on the train to work

i was more wondering about whats the range difference between 2nd and 3rd gear modes or using dual motor uphill vs single, as well as speeding up to max or half speed and coasting. Whats the numbers?

I picked up my Turbo Vado a couple of weeks ago and took it for a spin on the following Sunday. OMG! It made my old bike look and feel stupid. I sh*t you not, the difference between the two was night and day. It is true what they say, you only get what you pay for. First thing I noticed, the same pedal work now gets me twice the distance! How is that possible? Gear changes are a snap! Before, I had to 'push' the levers to feel the cables move the derailleurs. Now, I only have to touch the levers and the gears change! I thought it was electric assist but no, it's 21st century gearing! The electric motor assist is excellent too - the power glides in as opposed to 'jerking' in and I can get up those hills so much easier now. The bike won't do the work for me! I still have to pedal to get the assist to kick in. The bike accuracy (nee, precision) is brilliant - it feels true and really well engineered. Everything's taut - I don't feel any of my energy is lost at all and everything goes into moving the bike forward speedily and efficiently. Oh man, I should have done this years ago! I can now plan those long hikes I used to do way back when and do so with renewed confidence. Oh, and those kids that used to breeze past me saying 'Hi, ya...', they don't do that any more! I drop the assist into 'Sport' and leave them in my wake! I'm going out on it again tonight! Wish me luck... 🤞🏾

Do not buy these. I have a rear puncture on my pure air 3 the tyres are very hard work to take off . DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PURE AIR 3

What a pile of rubbish these e scooters are.. waste of money

Ordered one today (in Belgium) as I was looking for a commuter model that's light and when folded, compact enough to easily take it on and off the train to work. And this one is just what I was looking for.

It probably has it's flaws and week spots. But I've ordered the flex version anyway because of weight and foldability. I need to be able to easily get on and off the train with it twice a day. And need it for short distances between home, station, work only. Plus, my balance isn't that great. So, the front forward facing is a plus. Confirmed by other reviews. And price in my country has come down from almost 1200 Euro's to just below 900 now that they have the new McLaren version and thanks to the Black Friday discount.
