Hi, thanks so much for the info. I'm in the UK and have a very low ceiling (94inches/2.36metes) I'd really like to know what I can hang in this space. I'm thinking of getting silks as I can then transport it outside and also use it as a hammock, what can I hang for versatility please? Any advice gratefully received!

From what I gather, Loctite is permanent (like epoxy) but removable, but I have heard different things on how to remove it, like using a heat gun or solvent, beyond just a simple hex wrench. How do you recommend that it gets removed if its chemically bonded like that?

I hadn't heard of a hammock hitch before today. Is that because it's more common in the aerial yoga world? Would you recommend it for performing? I'd imagine it might wear more quickly than the O ring. It also seems a little susceptible to slippage for those of us who do wacky drops while spinning in our slings! Is that right?
